Meet your guide at the Port of Tauranga and enjoy the one hour drive to Rotorua.

Lake Rotorua is open for fishing 12 months of the year. It is the most productive of all the lakes and the trout regenerate themselves with no fish and game hatchery help. Lake Rotorua actually has the greatest wild trout population per acre of any lake in the world!

The regions lakes only have Rainbow and Brown Trout, no other species have been introduced. With no competition for food they grow an inch (2.5cm) a month in their second year.

Our experienced fishing guide will take you to the best spots and always choose the most sheltered waters for your day's excursion.

Depending on whether you are fishing in the morning or the afternoon the rest of the day we will show you the highlights of Rotorua before returning you to your ship.
